MBC Through-Hole Force Sensor (100lb - 50klb)
The MBC is a series of miniature through-hole force transducers designed for applications in general test and measurement as well as machine monitoring and control.
The low profile, small diameter design enables the MBC to be easily embedded into machinery or test equipment – ideal for packaging machinery, assembly machinery or end-of-line test equipment.
When you request any load cell or force sensor from our standard range, we will ship it to you immediately from one of our global facilities. We also offer customized solutions for any unique applications you may have.
Available in a wide range of standard capacities from 100lb through to 50klb; the MBC is configured for compression force measurement acting on cylinders, bolts or shafts. A range of internal through-hole diameters is available. Full-bridge, bonded foil strain gauge technology provides excellent long-term stability and ensures high performance even in applications requiring over 1 million load cycles.
Manufactured from stainless steel and protected from moisture with an epoxy bonded cover.
The MBC can be supplied with standard cable configurations or with industry standard connectors. As an additional aid to system integrators, the MBC can be supplied as a TEDS (Transducer Electronic Data Sheet) enabled smart transducer which provides an on-board memory chip storing manufacturing and calibration data.
