Our load cells are stainless steel, fully hermetically sealed, capacities up to 300T, OIML and NTEP approvals and FM and ATEX hazardous area certification.

The stainless steel, fully welded beam load cell Model SB14 is ideal for bag filling machines. Low profile and yet with capacities up to 5T, the SB14 is built to withstand harsh environments. Available in a choice of load introduction options and complimented by a range of stainless steel load introduction components.

Bottle Filling Machines
Flintec’s Model SB8 load cell offers high accuracy OIML certification in a range of capacities from 10kg through to 500kg. Combined with the Model MCS-08 multi-channel weighing system, machine builders can create the ultimate weighing solution for high accuracy and high speed applications.

High Speed Checkweigher
The Model PC6 is a full specification load cell for dynamic check weighing. Constructed for food industry applications, the Model PC6 is all stainless steel construction, fully hermetically sealed for harsh wash down environments. Available is a range of capacities from 10kg to 200kg all fully certified to OIML and NTEP.

Multi-Head Packaging Machines
The Flintec range of single point load cells is available in either aluminium or stainless steel and is ideal for multi-head weighing systems. Complementing this range is the Model MCS-08 high speed multi-channel systems with Profibus, CANopen and Ethernet fieldbus interfaces able to handle up to 2400 measurements per second.

Conveyor Scales
Flintec have a range of rugged beam and single point load cells for applications in conveyor weighing systems. The low capacity beam Model SB8 or the higher capacity Model SB4 are constructed of stainless steel and are fully welded offering the ultimate in reliability.
