Flintec do not engage or tolerate any form of forced labour or child labour. All our staff are treated fairly and work in a safe, healthy, environment.
We supply some of the world’s largest companies, which exposes our business operations to frequent independent audits. We are yet to fail an audit process and invite anyone to visit our facilities.
Equally, we expect our supply chain to reach the same standards. Our purchasing and procurement teams audit every supplier to ensure they share our business ethics.
We encourage whistleblowers to report any instances of slavery in our business so that action can be taken.
