Baby Scales
Flintec offers the service of design, development and manufacturer of baby scales. Using unique weighing technology, our designs result in extended battery life, very low weight, dual range OIML Class III and NTEP certified weighing and a range of stylish and practical construction.

Hospital Beds
The Flintec load cell Model BK2 shear beam is ideally suited for bed weighing applications due to very low overall high and compact dimensions. Certified to both OIML and NTEP across the range of capacities from 500kg to 2000kg. Flintec also supplies a range of customized load cell design which can be integrated into castor mechanisms.

Infant Incubators
Flintec is the premier supplier of infant incubator and baby warmer weighing solutions. The ultra-low profile Flintec range of Planar Beams and bespoke measurement electronics can be supplied either as components or as complete scale solutions. Infusion Pumps
As a manufacturer of strain gauges and force sensors, we can design and manufacture any size or shape of force sensor for infusion pumps. We typically supply customers with plunger disk or blade form sensors designed to meet the challenging standards required by the medical device industry.

Patient Hoists
Flintec has extensive knowledge of the patient handling market and serves manufacturers of mobile hoists, ceiling hoists and raising/standing aids. Bespoke load cells, electronics and scales can be developed to suit any specification. Certified or non-certified designs are available.

Exercise Equipment
Force sensors from Flintec are incorporated into the cranks of exercise equipment providing accurate measurement of work rate. We can supply non-amplified or amplified sensors in a variety of capacities and configurations to suit almost any type of equipment.
