Flintec manufactures all key components in-house to guarantee quality, consistency and on-time delivery. Integrated manufacturing processes include strain gage production, CNC machining, heat treatment, assembly and calibration.

Manufacturing is carried out at two new ultramodern facilities totalling 12,000 square metres in Sri Lanka (Katunayake and Koggola).

Flintec chose Sri Lanka because of the high quality, education levels and loyalty of the 1,000-strong workforce. The company has the largest machine shop in Sri Lanka with 30 CNC machines.

Flintec's facilities embrace lean manufacturing techniques: Cellular Manufacturing, Statistical Process Control, Six Sigma and the 5S Quality Programme. All processes comply with ISO 9001.
