Flintec range of Force Transducers is designed to measure
static and dynamic forces in either compression or tension.
Insertion sensors are employed in level sensing in tanks
and silos or for measuring the strain within beams or
rails for weight determination.
The comprehensive range of strain gaged shear pins are
used in a wide variety of applications, including winch
control, crane overload and machinery control. Shear pins
can be supplied with either analogue or digital output.
The low profile Force Transducer series are designed for
use as metrology laboratory calibration standards, for
use in tensile and compressive test machines or for use
in test rigs during the dynamic testing of structures
and materials. The fatigue rated series is capable of
measuring forces dynamically with 100 million continuous
cycles possible. The range is available in metric or imperial
capacities and threads, in capacities from 25kg to 250,000kg.
Complimenting this range, Flintec also manufactures special
force transducers according to customer specific requirements.
